This is a group of patients registered at Brookfield Park Surgery who would like to be involved in decision making at the surgery. They have meetings held at the surgery six monthly along with the GP's and Practice Manager.

The PPG were unable to meet during the covid 19 pandemic. We are now looking to re-start the PPG and would welcome new members.
